If you do not have the option to process a refund through your CMS, or if the CMS does not support this feature, you will need to process the refund through the Merchant Back Office.

To process a refund through the Merchant Back Office:

1. Sign in to the Merchant Back Office.
2. Go to the Management > Transactions menu.
3. Click the Captured transactions tab.
4. Search for the transaction you wish to refund.
5. Rick click and select Making a refund.
6. Enter the amount to be refunded.
7. Click Perform refund button.
