Before performing a refund, make sure - you have properly configured the section in the menu of the payment module.
To perform a refund operation from your CMS Back Office:
- Go to WooCommerce > Orders.
- Click on the order that you would like to refund.
- Click the Refund button.
- Enter the amount from the Refund Amount field.
- Click the Manual Refund button.
