If you have enabled payment by alias but the option is not available in your store, you will encounter error 1001.
You have two options:
- Request activation of the option by contacting the E-Banking Merchant Support Service.
- Disable the option in the payment module.
To disable the option:
- Sign in to the Wordpress Back Office.
- Go to the > menu.
- Click the tab.
- Click Scellius - Standard payment.
- Locate the Payment by token and select No.
