If you do not have the option to cancel an order via your CMS, or if your CMS does not support this feature, you will need to cancel the order via the Merchant Back Office.

To cancel an order via the Merchant Back Office:

1. Sign in to the Merchant Back Office.
2. Go to the Management > Transactions menu.
3. Find the transaction you wish to cancel.
4. Click Cancel button.
5. Click Yes to confirm.
