To receive email notifications in the event of an incident:
- Sign in to your Merchant Back Office
- Open the Help menu > Monitoring/Maintenance and Incidents.
- Click the SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES button in the top-right corner.
- Enter the email address where you'd like to receive alerts, then click SUBSCRIBE. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
- Open the email that was just sent to this address and click “Yes, subscribe me.”
