On PrestaShop, if you see the following message: The amount paid is different from the initial amount check the following settings:
From the PrestaShop Back Office
- Go to the following menu Modules > Module manager.
- Search for the Scellius module.
- Click Configure.
- Click General configuration.
- Locate the Failed Payment Handling setting and verify that you have selected Save the failed order and return to the history.
From the Merchant Back Office
- Go to the Settings > Shop menu.
- Look for the Notification URL on Failed Attempt setting and verify that the Call the notification URL on every failed attempt option is checked.
These two options cannot be enabled at the same time because they are not compatible and may cause this type of error.
We therefore recommend that you uncheck the box labeled Call the notification URL for each failed attempt in the Merchant Back Office.
