You may receive multiple calls in the following situations:
- Automatic or manual redirection of the call to the notification URL in the event of an error.
- Multiple notification URLs have been configured.
Automatic or manual retry of the call to the notification URL
If you have enabled the option Automatic retry in case of failure, or if you have retried the call to the notification URL from the Merchant Back Office you will receive multiple calls.
The integrator must account for these cases by avoiding the creation of multiple paid orders for the same payment.
Multiple notification URLs have been configured
It is possible to configure multiple notification URLs depending on different scenarios.
Therefore, the integrator must take into account the notification types to update the order on the merchant site.
