Before contacting support, please check the following if you are experiencing a problem with a CMS (PrestaShop, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.):
- The installed version of the module is the most recent.
- The module has not been modified by a developer.
- No other third-party modules are likely to interfere with Scellius module’s operation.
To check the latest version of the module available on our website:
- Go to: https://scelliuspaiement.labanquepostale.fr/doc/en-EN/plugins/#prestashop
- Search for your CMS.
- Note the latest version of the module listed.
To find out which version of the module is installed on your CMS:
- Sign in to the Merchant Back Office.
- Go to the Management > Transactions or TEST transactions menu.
- Search for a payment that has been made from the CMS and double click or right click on it > Display transaction details.
- Click the Details tab.
- In the Source details section, search for the value corresponding to the E-commerce solution label.
- Example: PrestaShop_1.5-9.x_1.21.1/9.0.0.1/8.3.8.PrestaShop_1.5-9.x: corresponds to the name of the payment module, 1.21.1 is the module version.9.0.0.1 corresponds to the CMS version.8.3.8 corresponds to the PHP version of your server.
