- The first one is you do not have a Merchant Back Office user account.
If you do not have a user account but would like to use the mobile application, contact the E-Banking Merchant Support Service.
- The second one is you have a Merchant Back Office user account and you are logging in for the first time.When you created your user account, you received an e-mail with your login details for your Merchant Back Office.
- In the mobile application, enter your login and the temporary password provided in the e-mail you received. A window will open.
- Enter your security code.
This information is available in the registration form of the merchant shop. This code is different from your password.
Instead of the security code, you can request a temporary code to be sent to your phone (if it is associated with your account).

- Click Submit.
After validation, the connection to the payment order management page of your shop(s) will be established.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your password has been changed.
If you have not received the reset proposal e-mail, make sure you have entered the correct login or e-mail address correctly. Check also the spam inbox.
- the third one, you already have a Merchant Back Office user account.In this case:
- Enter your Merchant Back Office identifier.
- Enter your Merchant Back Office password.
After validation, the connection to the payment order management page of your shop(s) will be established.
