> Shifting to PRODUCTION mode via the mobile application

The mobile application provides you with a TEST environment and a separate PRODUCTION environment.

You can have one or several Test shops and one or several Production shops. It is also possible, under certain conditions, to make payments for test payment orders within a Production shop.

If you have a Test shop and a Production shop active in your mobile application, you can switch between shops at any time. To do this:
  1. Log in to the mobile application.
  2. Open the sidebar by clicking the menu icon in the top left corner of your screen.
  3. At the bottom of the sidebar that appears, you will see Production and Test.
  4. Click the icon between the two modes to switch from one to the other.

In order to clearly distinguish the Test environment in the mobile application, an orange banner is placed at the top of the Payment orders page with the mention You are in Test mode.

The Test mode allows you to simulate all the actions that can be performed with payment orders. You can make test payments (on behalf of the buyer) and test the management of your payment orders as a merchant with the test payment methods provided in the payment path.
