> Going to PRODUCTION mode from the mobile app

The mobile application provides you with a TEST environment and a separate PRODUCTION environment.

You can have one or several Test shops and one or several Production shops. It is also possible, under certain conditions, to make payments for test payment link within a Production shop.

If you have a Test shop and a Production shop active in your mobile application, you can switch shops at any time. To do this:
  1. Log in to the mobile application.
  2. Open the sidebar by clicking the menu icon in the top left corner of your screen.
  3. At the bottom of the sidebar, you will see "Production "and "Test"
  4. Click the icon between the two modes to switch to one or the other.

To clearly distinguish the test environment within the mobile app, an orange banner appears at the top of the “Payment Orders” page with the message Test mode enabled.

The “Test” mode allows you to simulate all the actions that can be performed with payment link. Using the test payment methods provided in the checkout process, make test payments (acting as the buyer) and test how payment links are handled from the merchant’s perspective.
