It is possible to receive a notification that a payment has been made. First, make sure that notifications are allowed in the mobile application. To do this:
- Log in to the mobile application.
- Open the sidebar by clicking the menu icon in the top left corner of your screen.
- Tap “Settings”.
- Select or deselect “Allow notifications”.
Then make sure notifications are enabled/disabled in the general settings of your phone.
OniOS:
- Go to the device settings.
- Press "Notifications"
- Find your mobile application.
- And press “Allow notifications"
- Choose the notification type.
OnAndroid:
- Go to the device settings.
- Press "Notifications"
- Find your mobile application.
- Press “Allow to notify”.
