Log in to the mobile application.
The Payment "orders screen will "be displayed by default. If not, open the sidebar by clicking the three dashes at the top left of the screen and then click Payment orders.
- If you have several shops, make sure you have selected the desired shop.
To change the shop, see Switch stores from the app.
- First, click the + icon in the lower right corner.
- Enter the amount of the payment order.
- If you want to send the payment order in a currency that is different from the default currency of the selected store, click the displayed currency and choose the one you wish to apply.
Please note that regardless of the currency selected and transmitted in the payment order, the transaction will be converted into euro by the payment gateway.
If you are interested in expanding the list of available currencies, contact the E-Banking Merchant Support Service.
- Enter an order reference. You can find this reference in the details of the associated transaction.
It is possible to make this entry mandatory or optional (see Customize my link creation process).
- There are two ways to view the details of a payment link:
Express Mode enabled:
See chapter What is the express mode?.
It makes sending easier. Click Create and share to send the payment order through the channels available on your phone.
The phone’s sharing menu opens and shows the applications available for sharing the payment link.
Express Mode Disabled:
You have access to advanced options.
For example, you can send the payment order via a channel available in the mobile application. This type of channel, available according to your offer, gives you the possibility to complete the payment order before sending it.
- Click on a channel among the icons available at the bottom of the screen (MAIL, SMS1, etc.).
- Fill in the information required by the selected communication channel (e-mail address, phone number, etc.) and click Continue.
- You can customize the payment link using advanced options, such as:
- Enter your email address to receive a copy.
- Set an expiration date, after which the link will no longer be valid.
- Change the language of the receipt.
- Set the transaction validation method.
- Change the bank capture delay.

Creating and sending a payment Link
1 For sending the order by SMS, you must purchase an SMS pack from Lyra SMS, as specified in your special membership terms and conditions
