To update your personal information or preferences:
- Sign in to the Merchant Back Office.
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen, then click My account.
- You can edit the following information:
- Username*
- Title
- Name
- First name
- Phone
- Language
- Timezone
- Home
* Only users with “User Management” permissions can change the username. If you do not have this permission, please contact a user at your company who does.
If no user has this permission, please contact the E-Banking Merchant Support Service.
