If you want to receive an email when a payment is flagged for manual approval by the risk management module, you must:
- Add the Raise an alert action to your risk rule.
- Sign in to the Merchant Back Office.
- Go to the following menu Settings > Advanced risk assessment.
- Select the tab corresponding profile that you wish to edit.
- Expand the profile you're looking for, then click the Add button.
- Select the Escalate an alert action, then click Validate.
