The SFTP server login password expires every 2 years.
If you wish to reset it (for security reasons or if you have lost it):
- Sign in to the Merchant Back Office.
- Go to the Settings > Company menu.
- Click the SFTP accounts tab.
- Right-click on the relevant SFTP account and select Reset password.
- Confirm the password reset.
The login credentials are automatically sent to the email address used in the SFTP account configuration.
