It is not possible to replay the instant payment notification URL (IPN) if:
- You have not configured the instant payment notification URL.
- You do not have the necessary permissions on your user account.
IPN not configured
If you override the notification URL via the vads_url_check or ipnTargetUrl parameters, the URL sent is not saved.
Therefore, if you have not configured the notification URL in the Merchant Back Office, replaying the IPN will not be possible.
User account permissions
If the notification URL is correctly entered in the Merchant Back Office, you may not have the necessary permissions to replay the IPN.
Check this information with your company administrator.
