Disable a user

To use this feature, your user must have the User management permission. The user will only be deactivated, they will then be automatically deleted by Scellius after 15 months of inactivity.

To deactivate a new user account on BOScellius:

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Back Office.
  2. Go to the Settings > Company menu.
  3. Click the Users tab.
    If the tab is not visible, it means that your user account does not have the "User management" right. Ask the company manager to realize this operation.
  4. Search for the user you want to deactivate, then click on them to select them.
  5. Click the Permissions tab.
  6. Search for the Status parameter and then select the Disabled value.
  7. Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
