If the Keys tab is not accessible in the menu: Settings > Shop of the Merchant Back Office, you should check the permissions associated with your user profile.
Checking user permissions
Ensure that your account has the following permission: Manage keys and signature algorithms.
The absence of this permission prevents the Keys tab from being displayed in the interface.
Corrective action
If your user does not have this permission: Ask an administrator in your organisation to grant you the relevant permission; Alternatively, contact the E-Banking Merchant Support Service to update your permissions.
