Once the payment order is transmitted, its status changes on the main interface.
The In progress message appears when a payment order is sent via the gateway or the phone.
The Sending in progress message appears on the concerned payment order if it is sent via e-mail excluding express mode. The update of the e-mail status is not immediate.
The Sent mention is visible within the concerned payment order, if it is sent via a messaging channel.
In the case of transmission of the payment order via a shared URL or a QR Code presentation, the Manual submission mention will be visible in the summary of the payment orders.
In case of submission via WhatsApp, once your customer posts the received payment order, the status of the payment request will change to Read.
