This error is displayed when the buyer submits their payment after theformTokenhas expired.
As a reminder, theformTokenis generated when the Charge/CreatePayment web service is called, and it remains valid for 15 minutes.
This delay is:
- sufficient to enable each buyer to make his or her payment
- fixed in time: it is not reset on each user action
- non-modifiable: it is fixed by the payment gateway due to technical constraints
