If the buyer sees the message "One or more fields are empty or have been filled out incorrectly. Please check the information you entered," your form may be configured incorrectly.
To check this:
- Go to the following menu Management > Configuration of the data collection form.
- Click the Form management tab.
- In the Build the form section on the right, click on the field you want to check.
- For each relevant field, verify its type and size in the Configuration of the selected field section.
Make sure you haven’t set the field size too restrictively, especially for first and last names. Some may be very short, while others may be very long.
If you detect a configuration error, you must make the corrections in the TEST data collection form.
