- On the Form management tab, click the Request online publishing button at the bottom of the screen.
- Click Yes to confirm your request.
Once the form has been submitted, you will receive an email notification containing the URL for your form.
Your form is now available in production mode in Management > Configuration of the data collection form > [Your shop].
