To enhance security, strong authentication, based on two factors, is required when you log in to your Merchant Back Office account.
It consists of:
- Your password.
- An authentication app.
Strong authentication ensures that you are the only person who can log in to your user account.
A user account is personal and must not be shared (risk of being blocked).
