The rejection is related to the risk management module you configured in Merchant Back Office.
To find out the reason:
- Sign in to the Merchant Back Office.
- Go to the Management > Transactions menu.
- Search for and double-click the declined transaction.
- Look for the the Transaction Lifecycle section.
- You can click the Reason for refusal: Authentication link under Status for more details.
- Once the tab is displayed, the type of verification that caused the refusal can be identified by the
icon.
You may need to adjust the risk module settings and inform your client of the reason for the rejection.
