Reconciliation is an accounting concept that allows you to verify whether funds have been successfully transferred to your bank account.
A reconciliation column is visible in the Merchant Back Office:
- Sign in to the Merchant Back Office.
- Go to the Management > Transactions menu.
- Click the Captured transactions tab.
- Look for the Reconciliation Status column.
If you have subscribed to the Transaction Reconciliation option
The different statuses in the Reconciliation Status column:
- Reconciled: The bank confirms that the funds are available in your account.
- Pending: The payment platform has not received confirmation from your bank.
- To be reviewed: If you haven’t heard back from your bank within 48 hours, you’ll need to manually verify that the funds are in your account.
You can also view this information in the reconciliation logs.
Bank reconciliation does not work with all payment methods.
Transactions that have been remitted are marked with a reconciliation status To be analyzed, and you will need to reconcile these payments manually.
Refer to the documentation for the relevant payment method to verify whether reconciliation is supported.
