If you notice a delay between the deposit and the crediting of your bank account, we recommend waiting one or two days before contacting your bank with the relevant capture number
This is because the funds are not credited to your account until after a variable processing time over which Scellius has no control.
This delay corresponds to the time it takes for the acquirer and the various card issuers to process the deposit files.
You can find the deposit number in the capture details under the Merchant Back Office (menu Management > Transactions, Captures tab.
