To refund an Alma transaction, you must ensure that your Alma balance is sufficient to cover the amount to be refunded.
If this is not the case, you can either:
- wait until you have additional Alma sales to build up funds in your Alma balance,
- or transfer the amount of the refunds to Alma. The amount will then be credited to your Alma balance.
