If the payment is not listed in the Merchant Back Office, check that:
- The buyer has not abandoned the payment.
- ou are searching in the correct tab (Transactions is progress or Captured transactions).
- The search date is correct, adjust it if you are unsure.
- The payment creation date is not more than 15 months ago.
There may also be a slight delay in the synchronization of our servers. In this case, try searching again a few minutes later.
