You can no longer modify the payment dates of a subscription once the effective date has passed.
The only option is to cancel the current subscription and create a new one.
Cancel a subscription via the Merchant Back Office:
- Sign in to the Merchant Back Office.
- Go to the following menu Management > Recurring payments.
To access the Management > Recurring payments menu, your user account must have the right "View transactions, tokens and subscriptions". - Search for the token in List of tokens.
- Click on the relevant token.
- Search for the subscription in List of associated recurring payments.
- Click on the relevant recurring payment.
- Click Terminate button.
Create a subscription via the Merchant Back Office:
- Sign in to the Merchant Back Office.
- Go to the following menu Management > Recurring payments.
To access the Management > Recurring payments menu, your user account must have the right "View transactions, tokens and subscriptions". - Search for the token in List of tokens.
- Click on the relevant token.
- Click on Create.
