Transactions have the status “To be validated” or “To be validated and authorized” in the following cases:
- You have configured manual validation in the Merchant Back Office.
- Your merchant site requests that we create a payment with manual validation.
- You have enabled risk management with manual validation.
Manual validation mode in the Merchant Back Office:
- Sign in to the Merchant Back Office.
- Go to the Settings > Shop menu.
- Search for the Validation mode (if applicable) parameter.
- Change the parameter if necessary.
The merchant site requests that a payment be created with manual validation:
Contact your developer/webmaster if you wish to change this behavior.
Manual validation mode configured in risk management:
- Sign in to the Merchant Back Office.
- Go to the Settings > Risk assessment menu.
- Search for Validate manually.
- Click on it to view the configured rules.
