Cancel multiple transactions from the Merchant Back Office

To cancel multiple transactions:

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Back Office.
  2. Go to the Management > Transactions menu.
  3. Go to the Transactions is progress tab to cancel a transaction in progress.
  4. Go to the Captured transactions tab to cancel a captured but uncleared transaction (Elavon Europe only).
  5. Click on a transaction.
  6. Hold down the Ctrl button and then click on the other transactions.
  7. Click Cancel button.
  8. Click Yes to confirm.
If the transaction cannot be canceled, an error message may appear.
